Any moron knows that when you buy online you can't just stroll your ass into a store for an exchange unless you first get approval from some "office" of theirs, and even then it's a hard process. If its bad enough or too many ppl complain her ass gets fired. Or better yet tell the manager how you feel in front of her so she cant feed him a different story later which inevitably happens. UNLESS Best buy has a union then they will argue on her behalf that that bit of info was not in her job description or there was long procedure to do before firing her.
