So uuhhh…Miley Cyrus has raised some criticism for her performance at the teen choice awards. First of all, the only thing more pathetic than the people who watch this shit are the people crying about Miley’s so-called inappropriate little “pole dance.” Second, I watched the clip to see what all the fuss was about and I didn’t see anything inappropriate. Cyrus wasn’t doing anything but dancing beside it; nothing lewd whatsoever. If anything, Cyrus was using that fucking pole for balance so she wouldn’t tumble off the hot dog cart. If there was anything sexual implied by dancing by a pole on top of a hot dog cart, then it isn’t Cyrus’s fault, rather all you pervs with dirty minds who know that you really just want to jack off to that sixteen year old. I don’t even like the little tween bitch but she definitely wasn’t “pole dancing” like some dumb asses are claiming.

Sesame Street’s Cookie Monster should be named ‘Vegetable Monster’ or ‘Nutrition Monster’ if the puppet is not exclusively eating cookies. The whole controversy stemming from whether or not Cookie Monster’s eating habits somehow advocates childhood obesity was and still is ridiculous. The controversy led to a change in Cookie Monster’s eating habits in 2005 and for the past 3-4 years the Sesame Street character has left cookies for fruits and vegetables.
Now, a new PSA (Public Service Announcement) has been created that will discuss the importance of eating a “rainbow” of food with Cookie Monster the center of the announcement. C’mon, either leave the character alone or maybe the Sesame Workshop and PBS should just retire the character. The fact is children are not in control of what they watch on TV or what they eat, the parents are. And if the children are eating unhealthily then it is just

I grew up watching the Cookie Monster and if it ever made me want to eat cookies for dinner, my parents certainly put a stop to it like any good parent would, since I don’t ever remember eating any kind of cookie for dinner. I would rarely get any desert for that matter and it wasn’t because my parents were against sweets but because they had good sense.
Why doesn’t anyone bitch about Brangelina & Co. taking their kids to McDonald’s for Happy Meals twice this week. Isn’t that “bad” parenting to be feeding your kids that junk? In this country, any nut can say something like “the cookie monster made my kid fat” or “Obama wasn’t born in the US so he is not the President,” and before you know it, that stupid shit is all over the media who will publicize and sensationalize almost anything for the sake of the”story” and not because it makes any god damn sense. “C” shouldn’t be for ‘cookie’ rather it should be for the ‘crazy cunts’ who think the Cookie Monster is at fault for childhood obesity.
The cable channel TLC has only one show I like to watch: American Chopper. Of course I haven’t seen any new episodes since Paul Jr. took a hike off the show. Paul Jr. and Paul Sr.’s bickering, I admit, kept me glued to the tube more than the glossy motorcycles. But I am not here to talk about American Chopper, rather, there are other shows on this channel that annoy me or just weird me out. Let me talk about the latter.
The show that totally weirds me out is called “Toddlers & Tiaras” and I feel it is just wrong on multiple levels. The little girls can’t be older than 5 or 6, who are made to where outfits befitting of a drag queen, have their faces plastered with makeup, so much so they look like clowns or miniature hookers. The moms can be seen putting spray tanner, fake eyelashes, fake teeth and fake hair on them. Then they are made to parade themselves on stage in these pageants like pieces of meat. It disturbs me to think of all the pedophile viewers out there that are probably jerking it to these babies. There are your ratings TLC and congrats, you succeeded in creating a show for pedos. And I thought this was suppose to be “The Learning Channel.” What the fuck am I suppose to be learning from this shitty TV show?
Anyways, the little girls think it is fun for a bit, because what little girl doesn’t enjoy playing dress up? But soon, you can see the pressure and frustration on the little girls’ faces as they are forced by mommy and daddy to live up to expectations that are too absurd. The parents are fanatics living vicariously through their kids. And when the little girls lose the pageant, who really pays, the parents? No, fuck them. The girls pay emotionally with every rejection because they were not cute or “talented” enough to win. Then they are pretty much mind-fucked for life, because their asshole parents let them know just how disappointed they are in them. THANKS MOM.
These little kids are pressured by their parents who should really be protecting them from the very things that they are forcing them to do: Exploitation, superficiality, and child labor. These fucking parents need to get a life and find a hobby.
MTV and VH1 have reality shows with the trashiest, most obscure(scrape the dog shit off your heels and you will find them), fame whores out there. I hear that Britney Spears ex Kevin Fuckerline and girlfriend Victoria Pierce are in talks with MTV for a new reality show, and I am thinking who the fuck cares to see them? Who is he again? Oh yeah, I remember. He was Brit’s white trash boy-toy who mooched off her wealth and got her knocked up. And now he probably needs money and also wants to stay relevant a little while longer. For the love of all things pleasing to the eyes, can you just let him fade away?
I feel sorry for those Gosselin children. They get dragged around everywhere like rag-dolls, their father is almost nonexistent to them. They are being exploited because of their parent’s greed. Jon and Kate were getting paid $75,000 per episode for their “…Plus Eight” show and the family was scheduled for 40 episodes for the most recent season. But now the show is on hold because of their recent split.
In the beginning, the show must have been a blessing, bringing in much needed income to help support eight babies. But hasn’t it been only about greed for a while now? They probably have more than enough money already. If the show goes on, and if they truly care about their kids, is it worth it?
